About us
We focus on business process outsourcing, scanning and data capture services
MFM Hofmaier GmbH & Co. KG was founded in Munich in 1960. Through the acquisition of other companies (including Mikro-Univers GmbH, Berlin) and the opening of branches, it now has three locations in Germany.
With our roots in micrographics, we have stayed true to our tradition while expanding and developing our range of services as a BPO provider: services for businesses, archives, libraries, museums, publishers and public authorities.
We are also specialists in digitising historically valuable records. Our state-of-the-art overhead scanners handle formats up to double A0 and digitise irreplaceable originals without contact and without UV/IR radiation.

Your data can be matched against existing databases and master data. This means errors can be corrected, or avoided altogether, right at the intake stage.
We make your data accessible in structured form and feed it into your automated processes, and you no longer have to transfer your analogue information into your electronic systems by hand.
We develop interfaces to all common systems, and above all to the ones you already use, such as your SAP, invoicing, accounting, CRM and much more. No expensive software or staff training is needed.
Example: Your invoices arrive on paper or as PDFs. You would normally key them into your accounting software by hand. Instead, we scan your paper and files, automatically match the content against the supplier data on record, correct errors and transfer the data into structured databases. We connect these databases to your systems and transfer the data into the programs you continue to work with as before.

Security and handling

We place as much importance on the security of your original documents and data as on technology and quality. Physical security measures such as alarm systems, video-monitored deliveries and access control are standard at MFM.

MFM has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 since 1997, has appointed a data protection officer and runs its own T30-certified data centre with high-availability storage for every production site.
