Employee feeding documents into a scanner

Once your existing files are digitised, MFM can also take over day-to-day processing.

A

Early archiving

Your mail comes straight to MFM and is scanned here. Data is captured by looking up your existing master data. The data is then provided to you for import into the electronic archive.

B

Late archiving

Your department processes the incoming mail and sends the documents to MFM for digitisation. MFM scans, captures and exports the data to your interface specification.
